Osteopath & Massage Therapist
St Albans | Osteopath & Massage Therapist

Based in St Albans, Nathalie graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. Her treatments are aimed at alleviating pain and improving mobility. She provides information and advice required to maintain these benefits and to help prevent further problems. This may include advice about diet, posture, exercise or stretches.

She believes in looking at the patient as a whole, not just the area that is problematic. By improving the overall function of the body, the patient is less likely to have further problems.

Treatments usually involve a combination of massage, mobilisation, manipulation and stretching.

Nathalie runs her clinic in St Albans, Hertfordshire and also sees patients weekly in Hampstead, London NW3.
